CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charge and gift-wrapping where appropriate). Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 15 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please quote the – order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on support@pure-radiance.com. You can also make a call to our Customer Care on +91 93243 36466 (Timings: 10:00 am – 18:30 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing your order. Please make sure to mention your order number in any communication you make with the Pure Radiance.

RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

To initiate refund of your purchase made on Pure Radiance website, please contact Customer Care at +91 93243 36466 or by email at support@pure-radiance.com for following proper guidelines.

However, return & exchange process may take some time due to involvement of logistics/courier return operations and Pure Radiance team examining the products returned to verify if the product condition to be eligible for exchanged. We will send the product in exchange for any product that is returned in a sealed/un-opened and undamaged from its original packaging, within 7-15 days of the delivery. You will be contacted once your return process of the product gets executed.

Note- Courier costs are non-refundable and need to be borne by the customer only when product(s) is/are delivered to them by the courier company.

Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product purchased during a promotion/sale, or a product that has been opened and/or already used. No queries will be entertained in regard to damage after delivery of the product(s).

Also note orders for Gifting will not be applicable for exchange or refund.

However, to claim for a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with product images and the batch number & AWB number, within 24 hours of the delivery. We shall take 48-72 hours to perform a quality check once we receive the product. If the product passes the quality test, we shall initiate return/exchange process. Damages due to negligence, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

Each item can be exchanged only once. No cash refunds will be allowed. An item is eligible for return if it fulfils any of the following conditions:

  • Sold/Delivered in a damaged condition to customer.
  • There is/are missing parts or accessories.
